All Next Day Delivery orders from Rancher’s Gourmet are shipped fresh, never frozen – and guaranteed to arrive that way. Each steak is hand-cut and vacuum-sealed to ensure freshness and the best flavor possible. Your products will arrive ready to cook. We recommend shipping all perishable items this way.

Orders received before 12:00pm CST on weekdays will normally ship the same day and arrive the following day. Orders received after 12:00pm CST on weekdays will normally ship the following day, except orders received on Saturday and Sunday which will normally ship on Monday.

Two Day Delivery requires Rancher’s Gourmet to freeze your product prior to shipping. Each steak is still hand-cut and vacuum-sealed to ensure freshness and the best flavor possible. Two Day Delivery may require product to be thawed upon arrival.

Orders received before 12:00pm CST Monday-Thursday will normally ship the same day and arrive the second day. Orders received after 12:00pm CST on weekdays will normally ship the following day, except orders received on Friday-Sunday which will normally ship on Monday.

Your order is packaged with silver bubble-wrap in a custom-designed Rancher’s Gourmet gift box with reusable cool packs (for perishable items). Once your order is carefully packaged by hand, your gift box is placed in an insulated foam cooler surrounded by sturdy, corrugated cardboard for protection during shipping.
